I had ordered three sizes of this product and all came damaged and it was almost a month and there's no replacement and the customer care is not lifting my call for the past four days and there is no response for our email and to what's up it seems that it's a third party running the show just placing advertisement in facebook and Instagram, comppled by there in action and avoiding contact contemplating legal action on this company.
Extremely Disappointed with Oma Online Store!
It’s been almost a month since I received my order, and the experience has been frustrating from the start. I ordered 5 pieces online — 4 arrived broken. It took me a whole week just to get someone from customer care on a call for a resolution. The Oma online store is apparently managed by a third party, and it shows — the process is disorganized, responses are slow, and getting help is incredibly difficult. Even now, I haven’t received the replacement products, and no one picks up the calls anymore. Terrible service overall — would not recommend!
