It would be nice if OMA improves its quality control on items before shipping. The lid of one of the oil dispensers is not the right size, which has been brought to the attention of your customer care team. Besides OMA customer care team acknowledging the email (and incorrectly stating that I received damaged items), my request for a exchange/replacement is yet to be addressed. The two stars are not for the product but for the customer care, quality control team, and the delay in receiving the items (7 days after I placed the order).
